⭐ Please inspect your bag carefully before completing the purchase and paying the shipping company.
⭐ Inspection is permitted at delivery, prior to payment. You may verify all included items, including the barcode and dust bag.
⭐ Upon receiving your order, kindly confirm the correct size — whether for a bag or shoes.
⭐ If the order is declined at delivery, the customer is responsible only for the shipping fee, with no additional charges.
⭐ Returns are not accepted once the order has been received.
⭐ The order must be received in person by the customer so the product can be inspected and its condition confirmed, in coordination with the delivery representative.
⭐ Pre-orders may take up to 20 days to arrive and cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.

⭐ يُرجى فحص الحقيبة جيدًا قبل إتمام عملية الشراء ودفع قيمة الشحن.

⭐ في حال رفض الطلب عند التسليم، يتحمّل العميل تكلفة الشحن فقط دون أي رسوم إضافية.
⭐ لا يُسمح بالاسترجاع بعد استلام الطلب.
⭐ يجب استلام الطلب شخصيًا من قبل العميل لفحص المنتج والتأكد من سلامته، وذلك بالتنسيق مع مندوب التوصيل.
⭐ قد تستغرق الطلبات المسبقة (Pre-orders) مدة تصل إلى 20 يومًا للوصول، ولا يمكن إرجاعها إلا في حالة وجود عيب مصنعي.
